Shipping

We currently ship within the UK only.

8 inch mannequins are processed within 3-5 days and shipped within 3-5 days

14 inch mannequins are processed within 5-7 days and are shipped within 3-5 days

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on the way.

Shipping details will be sent after order processing time

Returns

We hope you love your CoreTEX Head, but if you need to return it, here’s what you need to know:

• Return window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK consumer law.
• Return condition: Returned items must be unused, with no visible signs of wear, damage, or product build-up.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Before sending your return, please email us with your order number and email address reason why you want to return (coretex@mcrbraids.co.uk)

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll either send out a replacement or issue a refund. Orders may also be subjected to a partial refund

 

Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery at coretex@mcrbraids.co.uk with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll review and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.
